About

Without art – I’d be nuts…

I am a firm believer in art being my form of therapy – without some type of creative release I would be completely nuts.

Creating has always been my happy place – even my escape at times.

Right from being taught to knit while in foster care as a child, I have always had some sort of project on the go.

My current focus is primarily as a furniture artist, however I also do a lot of work with resin and dabble in a few different arts.

I am the person who takes courses in watercolour painting, silversmithing and Lino printing and falls in love with another art form over and over again.

My family includes a supportive husband – even when he does roll his eyes (often) at me and a brood of six kids and five grandchildren.

And the name Three Lil Knobheads?

It refers to the youngest three children who were at the time still living at home and at school…

one – two – three lil knobheads…

Life always seem to be chaotic – busy and full – but i wouldn’t have it any other way.

I have a plaque in front of me and it sums it up nicely..

“The only way to do great work is to love what you do”
